Fruity desserts

The culmination of every meal is the dessert. Especially when it´s as tasty and healthy as our chocolate fruit.

The correct preparation is very important: The desserts should be taken out of the freezer approx. 20 - 30 mins. before consumption. It is important that the products don´t defrost completely. When defrosted they lose their firmness and the flavour ist more intense and enjoyable in a semi-frozen state.

Grapes in chocolate should be defrosted for about 10 mins. and served cold.

Strawberries, pineapple and bananas should be defrosted for 20 - 30 mins. and then consumed immediately. Bon appétit!
